Toxic Shame
When you experience shame, it is important to remember that God has adopted you and made you into a new person. Your past no longer dictates who you are. Each day, you are renewed, and the Word of God helps cleanse your mind. The Holy Spirit now resides within you, empowering you to overcome the deceitful words of the enemy. Jesus Christ sacrificed himself so we could experience the love of God our Father. Seek God’s assistance in strengthening your mind and conquering shame. Take a moment to express gratitude for the victory He has given you. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
